Shipping, Returns, FAQ, & Legal Stuff


Shipping: All packaging is done by just a few mamas and is done so within the comforts of our home. We are absolutely still a small business even though sometimes it may not seem that way. Being a small business, we take care of our children & still have to attend to life's daily needs. We try our best to ship as fast as possible, however, we do ask that you understand we need 1-3 weeks to allow your item to arrive at your doorstep. (Shipping times are of course different for "Pre-Orders" which can take much more time.) We also ship everything USPS First Class Or Priority (based on weight) with tracking to provide you the ability to locate your package when it is in transit to you. Please Note: The customer is responsible for ensuring we have the correct address prior to shipping .We ship to the address provided via website checkout. Once you check out and submit order you must immediately email hello@lovedbyhannahandeli.com to change anything. So please double check that your info is correct BEFORE check-out. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS, OR HOLIDAYS 

Shipping Disclaimer: Loved By Hannah And Eli is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Packages that are marked as delivered, but “not received” are the responsibility of you and your local Post Office.  Please contact your local Post Office for these rare instances/situations. Also, delayed scanning on USPS is beyond our control once the package leaves our premises.

International Shipping: We DO ship internationally. Times for international shipping does take between 3-5 weeks. With international shipping we also ship First Class International with USPS which allows us to give International tracking. Shipping for International orders is typically between $10-$25 and is based on weight. Customers are responsible for any additional charges such as customs fees if your package should encounter this. We email all our international customers prior to shipping to remind them of this and a response is needed before we proceed.  

Pre-Orders: Pre-Orders are done throughout the year so that you have a chance to reserve your favorite Bear Collection items and don't risk them selling out. With Pre-Orders we typically open up purchasing 1-2 months in advance, so please take note of that when you are purchasing any "Pre-Order" item.  

Exchanges & Returns: All sale and discount items are final, no return, exchange, price adjustments or cancellations. If you would like to exchange / return an item that did not work out for you, please email us at hello@lovedbyhannahandeli.com first to make sure your exchange/return is able to be processed. We are only able to process an exchange and or return that is made within 14 days of your USPS delivery date. Also, we allow items to be exchanged/returned only if they are unwashed and unworn, and if we are still carrying the specific items. Otherwise a refund or store credit will be offered. We cannot hold items until restocks arrive. Returns (minus return shipping charges) will be processed as soon as possible after we receive it from our P.O Box.

Inquiries: As I'm sure you know, we are huge Instagram lovers, however, we have found it impossible to notify & keep up with customers orders via Instagram. Please note that ALL order inquiries, questions or updates of sort must be asked and confirmed via email - you can reach us at hello@lovedbyhannahandeli.com. Please allow 48-72 hours for a response as again, we are a small business juggling daily life and do receive an immense amount of daily email traffic. We do our best to reply to you as quickly as we possible can. With this, we are not always available on weekends either. Most emails received on a Friday will be answered on Monday.
